Corona Arch, Utah

Welcome to my starry night sky portrait of Utah’s Corona Arch. A quick internet search informs you that Corona Arch is an awe-inspiring natural sandstone arch near Moab, Utah, in a side canyon of the Colorado River west of Moab in Grand County, Utah.

I created this painting using acrylic paint, acrylic matte medium, graphite, salt, marker and pen. It is a fairly large painting at 30″x36″ and was completed on a lightweight, 1.5″ cradled panel with supports in the back. The painting is currently without a frame and finished in black on the sides. I can have it framed for you for an extra charge.
