I stumbled across this during my spring cleaning. We had to write a response to a piece of poetry. I choose Wordsworth’s, I wandered as lonely as a cloud…

The garden sighed as the breeze blew

through it. The garden looked like a rainbow,

glittering and jeweled, bowing down to the earth.

A giant’s gentle hand-sweep caused a gentle

stirring as the flowers awoke from their sleep.

They bowed to their partners as they began

dancing. The breeze now playfully jabbed a

finger at them causing a roar of laughter.

Now as the music slowed, they bowed to their partners

once more.
