My God, what have we done?
— Robert Lewis, the co-pilot of the Enola Gay,

the B-29 that dropped the first atomic bomb.

Today is Hiroshima Day which commemorates the dropping of the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan, 8/6/1945.

Nagasaki was bombed on Aug. 9.
